New for 2020, the Refresh Retreat will transport you from fields to a tranquil lounge a stone’s throw away from all the action.
Just because you’re coming to a festival doesn’t mean you have to rough it in the fields. Sometimes you just need a posh potty to be able to do your business. Luckily for you, the Refresh Retreat offers you just the area to be able to poop in peace, shower your worries away and sort out your barnet.
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE REFRESH RETREAT?
- ‘Touch Free’ vanity units consisting of automatic soap dispensers, warm running water, Dyson hand dryers and mirrors.
- Fully staffed toilets and showers, with around the clock attendants and cleaners to ensure the highest level of hygiene throughout the weekend.
- A ‘Retreat Lounge’ where you will find sofas, hairdryers, straighteners, vanity stations and makeup areas with complimentary products.
Whilst Refresh Retreat cannot guarantee that the luxury facilities will be queue-free at peak times, they issue a limited number of passes to ensure they can provide the best service.

Once you’ve ordered your Refresh Retreat tickets just arrive onsite with your proof of purchase and some ID. Visit one of our ticket exchange booths and you’ll be able to access the Retreat and enjoy clean, fresh facilities all weekend long!
