ON ARRIVAL
On arrival look for the cabin marked ‘GUEST CHECK-IN’ on Richfield Avenue. Please do not use the public entrance on Richfield Avenue. You cannot reach the Guest Check-in via any other gate or collect your pass from any other location or gate.
All guests must go to the Guest Check-in in person to collect their wristband/pass. Please remember to bring valid PHOTO ID – it is compulsory for your entry into the event. A good quality copy or photo is acceptable.
If you are on the Guest List, go to the window marked ‘PROMOTER GUEST LIST’
If you are the guest of an Artist, go to the window marked ‘ARTIST GUEST LIST’
If you are on an Agency list, go to the window marked ‘AGENTS GUEST LIST’
If you have been sent a Guest E-Ticket, go to the window marked ‘GUEST TICKET HOLDERS’
Guest tickets and Guest list places are strictly non-transferable and must not be resold. Any Guest tickets/Guest list places found to be sold/transferred will be invalid and entry into the event will be denied.
Please do not post images of Guest tickets or passes anywhere online or on social media.
GUEST CHECK-IN OPENING TIMES:
Thursday – Sunday: 10:00 – 21:00
*You will not be able to collect your pass/wristband outside of these times.
GUEST TICKETS
Guest tickets are sent out in advance as E-Tickets via email. Please bring your E-ticket (either printed out or ready to show on your mobile) and photo ID to the Guest Check-in to be exchanged for an event wristband.
GUEST LIST
The Guest list is for those who have not been sent Guest tickets in advance and who were sent a Guest list letter via email confirming their place. Guests need to bring their Guest List letter, any emails referring to their place on the Guest list and photo ID to the Guest Check-in to receive their pass/wristband.
GUEST ACCESS AND FACILITIES
Day Guest ticket holders have access into the arena and the Guest Area, which features a private bar, food stalls, and toilet facilities. There is no camping available to Day Guests.
Weekend Guest ticket holders allow access into the arena, the Guest Area, the public campsites and the Guest Campsite.
Any guest wishing to bring a campervan, caravan or similar must purchase a Guest Campervan Pass in advance. To purchase a permit and for more information, please email guestcampervans@festivalrepublic.com. All occupants must have a Weekend Guest Ticket to access the Guest campervan field.
While camping is provided for all Weekend Guest Tickets, there are a range of pre-bookable and luxury accommodation options located in the Pink Moon campsite. Further information can be found here.
CHARITY DONATION
Unless otherwise stated on your ticket there is a compulsory charity donation payable per Guest ticket (Day ticket: £30, Weekend ticket: £75).
E-tickets will require this donation to be paid online prior to the event. Those on the Guest List are to pay their donation at the Guest Check-in.
Cash payments are NOT accepted at the Guest Check-In.

CASHLESS POLICY
Please note this is a cashless event. You can use debit/credit cards or apps on your phone, such as Google Pay and Apple Pay.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
We welcome all ages to Reading Festival. However, there are entry restrictions for under 16s and we do not advise bringing young children.
Adult guests (18+) can bring a maximum of 2 under 16s on first entry only.
Everyone must arrive together on first entry: Parents/guardians cannot come collect their wristbands and then bring their companying under 16(s) to collect a wristband after the fact.
No unaccompanied under 16s are allowed on site: All under 16s must be accompanied by an adult guest ticket holder (18+) who must remain on site throughout the weekend as their guardian.
We do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any under 18s on site.

SUSTAINABILITY
In line with our European Sustainability Policy, Festival Republic/Live Nation will not be selling unsustainable single use plastic bottles at our events. We are sourcing sustainable options, and recommend you bring refillable bottles to use the free water stations provided.
